about the founder
Elizaveta Golikova
Founder
Elizaveta Golikova is the founder of Social Impact Group, a grant writing agency that draws inspiration from her dedication to community service and nonprofit work.
Her journey in America began in 2005, where she witnessed and benefited from a culture of giving back. Elizaveta’s professional journey includes holding regional director roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, where she demonstrated her leadership and strategic capabilities. In her corporate role, she managed regional operations, overseeing business development, client relations, and team management. Transitioning to the nonprofit sector, she leveraged her experience to drive fundraising efforts, develop community partnerships, and lead initiatives that positively impacted the organization’s mission.
Throughout her career, whether in the corporate or nonprofit realm, Elizaveta has consistently shown her ability to thrive in diverse environments and make meaningful contributions to her community. Her passion lies in supporting organizations that empower individuals to reach their full potential, which is the core mission of Social Impact Group.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Elizaveta volunteers with multiple nonprofits. She served as a Co-Chair on the board of directors of a local chapter of YNPN (Young Nonprofit Professionals Network), whose mission is to engage and support future nonprofit and community leaders through professional development, networking, and social opportunities. Additionally, she volunteers with Leaders in Training, Shannon West Youth Homeless Center, Horses 4 Heroes, Community Garden, The Shade Tree Shelter, and Leaders in Training through Junior League.
Elizaveta’s dedication to community service and leadership was recognized through her acceptance into the Leadership Las Vegas and the Jameson Fellowship. The latter inspired her to establish Social Impact Mastermind, an annual initiative that brings together local leaders, entrepreneurs, and activists to collaborate on social impact projects. Her commitment to sustainability led her to chair the Green Team at her last corporate job and to be selected for The Climate Reality Project by Al Gore.
Elizaveta is also a registered volunteer-mentor at CSN (College of Southern Nevada) and UNLV (University of Nevada, Las Vegas), where she received her associate and master’s degrees, and now gives back by mentoring students to achieve their greatest potential.
Driven by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Elizaveta strives every day to answer the question, “What are you doing for others?” This ethos motivates her ongoing commitment to volunteerism, community involvement, and the grant-writing agency she founded.
