We have had the pleasure of collaborating with Bay Area Community Health (BACH) in a grant-writing capacity.
BACH is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center providing high-quality comprehensive health services in a caring, nurturing, and respectful atmosphere while improving the quality of life for every individual and family in their care.
BACH promotes optimal health, chronic disease management, and access to health care services for every individual and family in South Alameda County and Santa Clara County in California. The agency’s patient-centered medical home approach provides patients access to integrated health services in one clinic location (e.g., primary care, dental, vision, behavioral health, chiropractic, podiatry, OB/GYN).
BACH provides primary care, dental, vision, and behavioral health services for the entire family through 27 clinic sites, including eight mobile clinics and six school-based clinics. In 2022, when we started working with BACH, they served 64,157 patients.

We have had the pleasure of working with Green Our Planet (GoP) in a grant-writing capacity. GoP is a nonprofit that strives to empower communities to grow food and connect with the wonders of the universe. Their overarching goal is to increase student academic performance in STEM subjects through project-based STEM, nutrition, financial literacy, and environmental education in PreK-12 schools.
Our grant-writing work has been focused on the implementation of Hydroconnect, Green Our Planet’s hydroponics STEM program, in multiple states. The HydroConnect program includes the installation of hydroponics systems at schools.
The HydroConnect program serves a diverse demographic, including 335 schools, libraries, families, and community organizations across 44 states. The focus on Title 1 schools addresses economic challenges, ensuring equity in STEM education. With a potential reach of thousands of students, the program’s inclusivity, cultural responsiveness, and community engagement strategies make it a transformative initiative for STEM education.

We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with the Collaboration Center Foundation (CCF) in a grant-writing capacity.
CCF, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to serving and supporting families and individuals living with Intellectual, Developmental, Physical Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities of ALL ages.
The foundation’s primary objective is to establish the most extensive disability resource and support network in Southern Nevada. With over 40,000 individuals living with one or more disabilities in the Clark County School District alone, CCF addresses the significant challenge of linking individuals and families to vital support services, medically necessary treatment, and funding.
The foundation acknowledges various challenges encountered by families, including the lack of coordinated care for the entire family following a diagnosis, the prevalence of co-occurring disabilities, the scattered nature of services throughout the valley, and the often-overlooked emotional and mental health needs of the entire family unit.

We have had the pleasure of collaborating with Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada (VMSN) in the grant-writing capacity.
VMSN, a nonprofit organization, operates free and charitable medical clinics with a steadfast belief that every life holds infinite value, deserving access to quality healthcare. Amidst the challenges faced by many due to circumstances beyond their control, VMSN stands as a beacon of hope, providing essential healthcare services to the working uninsured population of Southern Nevada.
The comprehensive healthcare model of VMSN integrates medical, dental, social, and behavioral health services, alongside patient education and counseling, all offered under one roof.
VMSN operates as a vital safety new for the working uninsured of Southern Nevada, serving individuals living 250% below the federal poverty level who are ineligible for Medicaid or unable to afford private health insurance.
